I initially started to see Bella when my period failed to return to regularity after coming off the contraceptive pill. Bella’s sessions always left me feeling relaxed and calm and Bella always provided a non-judgmental listening ear and, on occasion, tissues for the tears. I continued to see Bella throughout our fertility journey and I am sure the sessions helped my periods regularise. My husband even had a treatment with her. I eventually became pregnant and continued my treatment throughout my pregnancy. Bella was really great at recommending how many sessions to do and when and I never felt like I was being sold to or encouraged to attend more than necessary. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a fertility / pregnancy acupuncture specialist.

Bella has been so amazing! I’ve been seeing her for the past 6 months in preparation for IVF. I’d never done acupuncture before and was a little nervous but she totally put my mind at ease, and I really looked forward to our fortnightly sessions. Bella is caring, empathetic, and so knowledgable in fertility acupuncture. My case was a little complex (endometriosis + uterine abnormalities + some male factor), and she really helped reduce my overwhelm when it came to navigating TTC & IVF and figuring out where to focus my energy. She also went above and beyond consistently - making recommendations around nutrition, microbiome, giving me details of specialists to reach out, and checking in with me before and after my egg retrieval. I wouldn’t hesitate to see Bella again and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in acupuncture for fertility. Thank you Bella!

I can't recommend Bella enough. I saw her for fertility and pregnancy support after a few challenging years and I genuinely looked forward to every session. I had heard brilliant things about acupuncture during pregnancy and so decided to give it a go from pretty early on and went to see Saskia fortnightly. It was so reassuring and felt like a positive and holistic way to manage the symptoms and anxiety of early pregnancy. The kind, informative way in which the acupuncture was delivered was excellent, and having a caring practitioner to talk through all the changes, emotional and physical, that come with pregnancy was a gift in itself. Hannah Pearn and her team at Don’t Tell Me to Relax offer informative and reassuring care. When I found them I was at a loss and overwhelmed, they helped advise me and make a plan of action. It’s not just acupuncture but thoughtful, personalised guidance with suggestions of tests to pursue, supplements and nutrition, partner health and how to track my cycle in the most stress free way. They helped me advocate for myself. After every session I walked away lighter and listened to. Most weeks I cried my eyes out but I was grateful they offered me a safe space to do that. I’m now pregnant. Who knows what the actual thing was that tipped this over the edge after a long journey but I know they were key in helping me take control and understand my body better.

Anga is brilliant! I have been having treatment with her for fertility and endometriosis management for nearly 2 years, pre and post baby! Anga is a highly skilled acupuncturist and herbalist. I would recommend her every time, especially for Chinese herbal medicine. She created a bespoke formula for me and her knowledge of ingredients put me at ease trying something new. The herbal medicine made a huge difference to my cycles - more regular and less painful. Anga understands both western and eastern medicine and how they complement each other - she’s well connected in the industry and somebody who is trusted and respected. Thank you Anga!

Doing Accupuncture with Don’t tell me to relax was incredible! I went through a miscarriage myself before finding this community, and after listening to their podcasts I decided to try acupuncture in Belgravia. I got pregnant a couple of weeks after my first consultation session and having regular weekly acupuncture to help my nervous system in my first trimester was so sooo beneficial to me - mentally and physically! It was my version of therapy after losing a baby. I cannot recommend them enough if you’ve been through something similar - the team’s knowledge on fertility and guidance is exactly what I needed. Thank you to Hannah and team for making me feel so welcome and comfortable in my journey to becoming pregnant again!

Sharing my experience with Juliette feels incredibly special because of the role she played in my journey to motherhood. I first began seeing her during my fertility journey . After only a few sessions, I was overjoyed to discover I was pregnant. Juliette’s calm, compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. She took the time to truly listen, asking thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I needed, and tailoring each session accordingly. Her consultative approach made me feel supported, reassured, and calm throughout what can often be an overwhelming process. I returned to Juliette again at 37 weeks pregnant to help prepare my body for labour. The sessions were deeply relaxing and grounding, and I truly believe they helped my body get ready - I went into labour naturally four days before my due date. Juliette is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her clients’ wellbeing. I am so grateful for her support throughout both my fertility journey and the final weeks of my pregnancy, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking caring, holistic support.

My friend told me to have acupuncture as I was struggling with my fertility. I had one session of acupuncture with Anga and I’ve just found out I’m pregnant. I can’t believe it! Maybe it was luck, I don’t know! I had a very nice and relaxing experience which possibly did the trick. I had the session about 3 days before my peak ovulation day.

I’ve been having a great experience with the Hannah Pearn practitioners. The breadth of knowledge in the team is incredible. Anga saw me through my very first IVF round (and first acupuncture!). She is so kind, knowledgeable, chatty and gentle. I have learned so much from her-she has a lot of care to give to her patients. To be able to have a session with Marca on my transfer day and talk to her about my embryo was so helpful and encouraging knowing her expertise. The clinic spaces in Belgravia and Balham are really lovely and comfortable with happy colours and fresh flowers. I would recommend to anyone seeking a holistic support system during their fertility journey.

I can’t recommend Juliette highly enough for fertility acupuncture! She’s truly amazing – she has been incredibly supportive during some really challenging times and her deep knowledge shines through in every session. I completely trust her expertise, and I look forward to our appointments because they’re so calming and effective. The treatment room at Belgravia is wonderfully cosy, with a beautiful skylight that floods the space with natural light, creating the perfect serene atmosphere. If you’re seeking fertility support, Juliette is the one!

I've been having regular sessions of acupuncture with Marca Nieto since more than one year and this has been super helpful for me. My health has improved a lot. I had benefit such us reducing pain and level of stress and in general I feel more balanced overall. Marca has an holistic approach, she is very precise and helpful. This is also a place where I felt listened and valued. I treasure her advices and she has an incredible knowledge that combine western medicine as well. I will definitely recommend her as therapist. She gives her best during each session and she targets her work on your specific needs. She goes beyond and above in what she does and she genuinely cares about her patients.

Hannah is a superstar! She has supported me through unexplained infertility, IVF, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and now my second IVF pregnancy — and I truly couldn’t have done it without her. She is a brilliant acupuncturist, and I’ve physically felt the effects of her treatments, particularly in regulating my cycle and balancing my hormones. She also brings a wealth of wisdom and experience in fertility and women’s health; whatever challenge I’ve faced, she’s always had a suggestion or approach to try. I honestly couldn’t recommend treatment with Hannah enough 🤗 I’d never had any acupuncture before, but when TTC I came across her podcast and became curious about her approach. I’ll never forget walking out of my first appointment and wondering how needles in my ears had made me feel that zen - I went from sceptic to advocate instantly! What I love most is that it isn’t just normal acupuncture; specialising in fertility means you get an enormous amount of free guidance as well as the actual treatment, like which tests are worth it and what to consider at each stage to maximise your chances. Hannah explains everything really clearly too, so you understand what each suggestion is to help with and why she asks certain questions. If you’re a planner, it really helps to have it all laid out. Equally, she is incredible at holding space when you just need a bit of time to decompress between months. I’m forever extremely grateful that I took the plunge, and am now looking forward to taking my newborn son to meet the lady who played a huge part in helping us bring him into the world 💛

From my very first session with Hannah, I felt so supported. She is incredibly knowledgeable, her acupuncture sessions were so relaxing, and she really listened to me. In my early 40s, she never made me feel silly for wanting a baby—she reminded me, “You’re not a statistic, you are you.” I highly recommend Hannah - she is fabulous xx

I had my consultation and first treatment with Bella yesterday. Really amazing. Consultation is so worth it and even though the first treatment was a little shorter than a regular session, I feel like a new woman today. I had my first night's solid sleep for the first time in recent memory, my energy is back up, all the joint pains have subsided. Booked in again to see Bella as soon as possible. When I first met Hannah I had been trying to conceive for 1.5 years with an NHS diagnosis of unexplained infertility and an IVF referral. Alongside acupuncture treatment Hannah looked at the whole picture, giving me emotional support and advice and referring me for scans and testing which picked up issues that the NHS had not. After three months of seeing Hannah I fell pregnant naturally which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage. Hannah was an amazing support to me through this difficult time. I fell pregnant again shortly after and having acupuncture for the early stages of the pregnancy was a massive support both physically and mentally. I now finally have my baby here and can’t thank Hannah enough for helping me get there!

I have been treated by the amazing therapist Marca Nieto since more than three months at Hannah Pern acupuncture clinic and I cannot recommend it more.
