Many clients find that regular acupuncture not only supports their physical health but also helps reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and maintain emotional balance, all key factors when undergoing fertility treatment.

Every donor conception journey is different. Our team provides genuinely personalised care, whatever your family looks like.

” I couldn’t recommend the team enough! They really supported me emotionally through my fertility journey, to becoming pregnant. I really enjoy my relaxing acupuncture treatments, which help me with my anxiety. I honestly think I fell pregnant sooner than I would have due to their support with the acupuncture and pointing me in the right direction for the tests that I needed, which ultimately ended in success!“

Four clinics across London and a UK-wide network of practitioners. We’re here wherever you are.

What is donor conception acupuncture and how can it help?
Acupuncture for donor conception supports your body and mind throughout the process of using donor eggs, sperm or embryos. It aims to optimise uterine health and implantation, regulate hormones, reduce stress and anxiety, and provide continuity of care throughout what can be an emotionally complex journey.
Do you work with same-sex couples and solo parents?
Yes. We work with a diverse range of families and are committed to providing inclusive, non-judgmental care. Our team has undertaken specialised training in donor conception to ensure sensitive, informed support for every individual and family.
Can acupuncture support implantation during donor embryo transfer?
Yes. We offer specific acupuncture protocols around embryo transfer, including sessions before and after transfer, aimed at supporting uterine receptivity and reducing stress at this critical stage.
When should I start acupuncture if I am using a donor?
Ideally we recommend starting two to three months before your treatment cycle to allow time to prepare your body and address any underlying factors. However we also work with clients who come to us closer to their treatment date.
Do you only work with the recipient, or can you support the donor too?
Our primary focus is supporting the recipient through the process. If you have questions about supporting a known donor, we are happy to discuss this on a discovery call.
Where are your clinics?
We have four clinics across London in Streatham, Balham, Belgravia and Bethnal Green, and a UK-wide network of practitioners. We also offer a free 15-minute discovery call if you’d like to speak to someone first.
