About me
When you step into my clinic I’m here to listen, help you troubleshoot, give sensible lifestyle advice, and provide nourishing acupuncture. I’m by your side however you feel on that particular day, and I always see the best in you.
As I’m also a massage therapist I like to be very hands-on with my clients, often sitting quietly with my hands scooped under your neck whilst the acupuncture points gently work their magic.
I began my Acupuncture career 18 years ago in my early 20’s and I love my job! My clinic is a warm, calm, safe space located in Banbury, North Oxfordshire; on the borders of West Northamptonshire and South Warwickshire, and very near to North West Buckinghamshire.
Experience
My experience and qualifications include:
- 2007 BA (Hons) Degree and Licentiate in Acupuncture from the College of Traditional Acupuncture through Oxford Brookes
- 2010 ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage from Cotswold Academy
- 2010 Abdominal Sacral Massage Practitioner training from the School of Abdominal Sacral Massage
- 2010-2014 Zita West Affiliated Fertility Acupuncturist (including attendance of the training days)
- 2010 Pregnancy Massage course from Soul Energy
- 2011 BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage (Soft Tissue Therapy) from the Oxford School of Sports Massage via the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage
- 2023 Advanced Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture from Naava Carman Fertility Support Training
- 2024 Founded and run the Banburyshire Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner Networking Group; a supportive community of local holistic business women.
- Member of the British Acupuncture Council, the Fertility Support Trained Expert group, and the Acupuncture Fertility Network
