About me
I’m Kristina, a Fertility and Women’s Health Acupuncturist based in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
I’ve been immersed in practising holistic therapies for 18 years now and I’m incredibly grateful for the personal healing it’s brought my emotional and physical health over the years.
However it wasn’t until 2017 when I took the leap to leave my career as a Secondary School Teacher to create my Acupuncture and Holistic Therapy Clinic.
After experiencing a Reproductive Immunology/Miscarriage journey myself I knew the long term goal was to specialise in Fertility and provide a service to couples in my community that I had once longed for myself.
When you’ve experienced the yearn for a baby, you never forget the worries, fears, endless rabbit holes of research and forums which now ensures I hold space for my clients, supporting them every step of the way.
My treatments are centered around Traditional Medicine Acupuncture, however I do have an integrative approach bringing various healing modalities into the treatment room where appropriate.
I am now blessed with my three young daughters, so life outside of the treatment room is centered around them and their much more exciting social lives than mine

My experience and qualifications include:

- TuiNa and Paediatric TuiNa Practioner – Shulan College of Chinese Medicine, Manchester.
- Reflexology – Manchester School of Reflexology.
- Reiki Practitioner and Teacher – Oldham Reiki Network.
- Shamanic Womb Massage Practitioner – Sanctuary of Sophia, Glastonbury.
We then shifted focus to fertility as I wanted to start trying for a baby. Laura’s support through this stage was invaluable. She explained my blood test results, suggested additional tests and recommended books, podcasts and specialist services to help me feel empowered throughout the process. She also helped me navigate conversations with GPs and consultants, giving me the confidence to push for the care I needed.
Every session with Laura is tailored to how I’m feeling that week. Her calm, grounding presence makes such a difference, and I always leave feeling like my body has received exactly what it needed.
Working with Laura has been such an important part of my journey with my menstrual health, fertility and now pregnancy. After months of treatment, I found out I was pregnant, which I truly believe was thanks to getting my body into the best place possible with her help.
