About me
My interest in complementary medicine started early, growing up in a family of herbalists and acupuncturists. I saw firsthand how much it could help and it stayed with me. After a career in marketing, I decided to retrain as an acupuncturist and I haven’t looked back. I feel very lucky to now be doing a job I absolutely love.
In clinic, I offer a gentle, supportive and non-judgemental space to pause, focus on your health and feel listened to. I particularly enjoy supporting people on their fertility and IVF journeys, as well as supporting women through all stages of life – from the first period through to pregnancy and menopause
Acupuncture amazes me every day. I feel honoured to support people on their journeys to better health and to help guide them through what can often feel like a minefield of information.
When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me walking in our beautiful local parks, spending time with my little family and mischievous Westie, enjoying a gripping Netflix series, or exploring local markets in search of delicious seasonal food.
