Fertility Massage London

Fertility Massage is a relaxing, nourishing, non-invasive technique for promoting blood flow & circulation.

We offer fertility massage in our London clinics and across the UK.

Also known as a Womb or Maya massage, it specially focuses on the internal organs in the abdominal cavity and helps to improve circulation in the pelvis and sacral area and adjusts the pelvis. It also works on the digestive system and gut health, promoting harmony of immune system health.

A lot of people we work with have a fertility massage as part of their course of treatment alongside acupuncture and reflexology. This is to help them with preparation for natural conception or IVF treatment. This can also be a standalone treatment.

If you are trying to conceive naturally, the ideal time to have fertility massage is at the end of menses to ovulation. This is commonly from day 7 to day 14 of your cycle. With IUI the ideal time for fertility massage is from menses to ovulation & insemination. With IVF then we recommend the cycle before you start your treatment.

Anga is amazing! I don’t believe I would be holding my baby girl without her help and support. Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable in supporting me to get pregnant – and reassure me through the early weeks of my pregnancy. When doctors wouldn’t listen or didn’t think there were any issues – Anga was thorough and helped get to the root cause of my issues. I am so so thankful for her!

Four clinics across London and a UK-wide network offering specialist fertility massage wherever you are.

What is fertility massage and how does it work?
Fertility massage also known as womb massage or Maya massage uses gentle abdominal techniques to improve blood flow and circulation to the reproductive organs, support pelvic alignment, aid digestive health and reduce tension in the abdominal area. It is a non-invasive, deeply relaxing treatment that works well alongside acupuncture and reflexology.
When is the best time in my cycle to have fertility massage?
If you are trying to conceive naturally, the ideal time is from the end of menstruation to ovulation typically day 7 to day 14 of your cycle. For IUI, we recommend from menstruation to just before insemination. For IVF, we recommend fertility massage in the cycle before you begin your treatment protocol.
Can fertility massage help with endometriosis or fibroids?
Yes. Fertility massage is frequently used as part of a holistic support plan for endometriosis, fibroids and PCOS. It can help reduce pelvic congestion, improve circulation and support the body alongside other treatments.
Can fertility massage help with scar tissue after a C-section?
Yes. We work with clients on abdominal scar tissue following C-section, using gentle massage techniques to support tissue health and pelvic alignment.
Can I have fertility massage as a standalone treatment?
Yes. While fertility massage works particularly well as part of an integrated plan alongside acupuncture and reflexology, it is also available as a standalone treatment.
