Pregnancy Nutritionist & Fertility Nutrition Specialist
Meet Kirsty, supporting your nutrition through fertility, IVF and pregnancy
Whether you’re trying to conceive, preparing for IVF, navigating a hormonal condition or looking for specialist nutritional support during pregnancy, what you eat has a profound effect on your health and your outcomes. Yet nutrition is one of the areas that conventional fertility and maternity care rarely addresses in any depth.
Kirsty is our specialist pregnancy nutritionist and fertility nutrition expert, a Certified Practitioner of the Fertility Nutrition Centre and a fully insured, registered Nutritional Therapist. She has taken considerable further training in fertility and women’s health to ensure she is offering the very best support at every stage of the journey, from pre-conception preparation right through to pregnancy.
Working as part of our integrated team alongside acupuncturists, herbalists, a fertility nurse and embryologist, Kirsty takes a root-cause approach. Rather than generic dietary advice, she builds personalised nutrition strategies based on your health history, test results, cycle and circumstances. The result is a plan you can actually follow, with support every step of the way.

Specialist pregnancy and fertility nutrition at every stage
Supporting you from pre-conception preparation through to pregnancy and beyond.

“Kirsty was so kind and compassionate during our consultations. Her patience and empathetic approach was exactly what I needed. Kirsty gave me incredible advice on how to make some significant changes to my daily routine but in a way that was simple and easy to maintain going forward. Kirsty really listened to me and gave me tailored and realistic advice for my circumstances. She has taught me how to amend my nutritional needs at different times of the month. Kirsty would answer questions between consultations so I felt 100% supported the entire time. Kirsty is also very funny and has the best hair I’ve ever seen.”
What does a pregnancy nutritionist do?
A pregnancy nutritionist provides specialist dietary guidance throughout pregnancy from the first trimester through to birth. This includes advice on key nutrients for fetal development, managing pregnancy symptoms through diet, safe supplementation, and supporting your energy, digestion and overall wellbeing during pregnancy.
What is fertility nutrition and how can it help me conceive?
Fertility nutrition looks at how diet affects reproductive health including hormone balance, egg and sperm quality, cycle regularity and your body’s readiness for conception or IVF. Kirsty builds a personalised nutrition plan based on your individual health picture, test results and circumstances.
Can a fertility nutritionist help with PCOS or endometriosis?
Yes. Both PCOS and endometriosis have strong nutritional components. Kirsty has specialist knowledge of both conditions and works alongside our acupuncturists to provide integrated, root-cause care.
Can nutrition support IVF preparation?
Absolutely. Optimising your nutrition in the months before IVF can support egg quality, hormone balance and your body’s response to stimulation. Kirsty works with many clients specifically in the run-up to IVF cycles and during treatment.
Do you offer nutritional support for pregnancy after fertility treatment?
Yes. Kirsty supports clients from pre-conception through IVF and into pregnancy. If you’ve conceived through IVF or naturally after working with us, Kirsty can continue to support your nutritional needs throughout pregnancy.
Does Kirsty work with male fertility too?
Yes. Sperm health is significantly affected by nutrition and lifestyle. Kirsty works with male partners as well as female clients, often as part of a joint fertility nutrition plan.
How do I book a consultation with Kirsty?
You can book directly through Kirsty’s website at kirstyharrisonnutrition.co.uk or via our booking page. As part of the Don’t Tell Me To Relax team, your care will be coordinated with the rest of our specialists.
