Hello, I’m Alice – Owner of The Acupuncture Studio based in Nottingham.

I am a Fertility Acupuncturist deeply passionate about empowering, supporting, and preparing women who are trying to conceive naturally, and guiding them with compassion and clarity throughout their IVF journey. My work blends the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with evidence-based Western medical understanding, allowing me to provide care that is both intuitive and clinically informed. Every treatment, every conversation, and every care plan is tailored specifically to you, your body, and your path.

In a world overflowing with information – often conflicting, often overwhelming – it can be hard to know where to turn or who to trust. My role is to help you make sense of it all. I create a calm and grounded space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, and from there I develop an individualised treatment plan that places you and your unique journey at the centre.

My job is both on and off the couch. I walk alongside you throughout each stage of your cycle, through the delicate moments of early pregnancy, and beyond. I am fully invested in my patients and in the transformation that is possible when you feel held, understood, and guided with genuine care.
Fertility work is not just my profession – it is something I pour my heart into every single day. It is a privilege to support women through some of the most vulnerable, hopeful, and life-changing chapters.
