Hi, I’m Laura, I’m a Five Element acupuncturist specialising in fertility, women’s health and emotional wellbeing. I support people who are trying to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF or IUI, navigating menstrual cycle concerns, or looking for steadier support through hormonal changes.

My approach is calm, gentle and whole-person centred. I know fertility can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to make sense of tests, cycles, treatment plans and the emotional ups and downs that can come with it. In clinic, I take time to listen properly, understand the bigger picture, and tailor each treatment to you.

Alongside acupuncture, I often offer simple, practical guidance around cycle awareness, warmth, rest, food and lifestyle, so you leave feeling clearer, calmer and more supported. My aim is for every patient to feel held, heard and less alone in their fertility journey.
