I am an acupuncturist, specialising in fertility, pregnancy and women’s health. I am also a Birth Doula and have been supporting many families on the other side of their fertility journeys for the last 12 years. This experience deeply informs my acupuncture practice – I bring a grounded understanding of the emotional and physical landscape of conception, pregnancy and birth to every treatment.

Before discovering my passion for holistic care, I worked as a TV reporter and journalist, but felt a pull toward a different kind of connection, one that allowed me to work more closely with people on their personal journeys. Acupuncture offered me that path, combining my curiosity about the body-mind connection with a desire to support others.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy life in North London with my husband and two children. Even though I grew up surrounded by nature, spending summers on my grandparents’ farm in Lithuania, I have learned to love the energy of London while still staying grounded in the rhythms of nature. Tuning into seasonal cycles and listening to my body is something I cherish, and I encourage my patients to do too.
